    MyYolk™ is a retirement planning tool designed to help you understand your financial picture. It is not a licensed financial advisor and nothing in this app constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
  

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MyYolk™ ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. What MyYolk™ Is

MyYolk™ is a personal retirement planning and budgeting tool. It provides estimates, projections, and scenarios based on the information you enter. All results are estimates only and are not guarantees of future financial outcomes.

MyYolk™ is not:

A licensed financial advisor or investment advisor
A registered broker-dealer
A tax advisor or attorney
A substitute for professional financial planning

3. Your Data

When you create an account, your data is stored securely in our database. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Your financial data is used solely to power your retirement plan within the App.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@myyolk.com. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed.

4. No Liability

MyYolk™ and its founder make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy of projections, readiness scores, or any other outputs of the App. Your actual retirement outcomes will depend on many factors outside our control, including market performance, inflation, tax law changes, and personal circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyYolk™ shall not be liable for any financial losses, damages, or decisions made based on use of the App.

5. Intellectual Property

The App's code, design, content, and features are protected by copyright. You may not:

Copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App
Reverse engineer or decompile the App
Create derivative works based on the App
Use the MyYolk™ name or branding without written permission

6. Subscriptions & Billing

MyYolk™ offers a free tier and a Pro subscription at $12.99/month or $99/year (billed annually). Pro features are clearly marked within the App. You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep Pro access through the end of the period you have already paid for. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the App to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the App
Impersonate another person or entity

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice.
